Memorial Park Sørenga.
The first St. Mary's Church was built around 1050 and was made of wood. Half a century later it was replaced by a stone church which was expanded several times during the next 200 years. It was partially destroyed by a fire in 1523 and torn down in 1542 because it was too damaged to be repaired.
